Use of the Service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or other policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSHVerify’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service or $100 USD if no payment was made. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. SSHVerify disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SSHVerify operates, excluding conflict of law rules.
